Development Timeline

2021

In September, Union Memory Enterprise Storage Innovation Center was established.

2022

Added customer solution and certification, functional verification and chip laboratories, achieving full PCIe Gen4 and SAS testing capabilities.

2023

Established the new hardware reliability laboratory and expanded the chip laboratory, gaining comprehensive PCIe Gen5 product testing capabilities. Successfully launched the first independently developed SAS UH611a.

2024

The laboratory obtained ISO9001 Quality Management System Certification. Successfully launched the first independently developed PCIe Gen5 ESSD UH812, DSSD UH712a, and SATA UM311b.

2025

We plan to establish a new laboratory for hardware environmental reliability and launch our independently developed new products UH713a in 8CH DSSD series and UH611b in enterprise SAS series.

Located in the Guoteng Science Park in Chengdu, Union Memory Enterprise Storage Innovation Center consists of multiple software testing laboratories and hardware laboratories. Equipped with testing devices that cover a hundred mainstream models of servers and 1000+ storage arrays from dozens of server manufacturers, the center can carry out comprehensive experimental testing tasks spanning software R&D, algorithms, hardware and software testing. This ensures that Union Memory possesses robust verification capabilities and coverage, as well as in-depth product tuning abilities, laying a solid foundation for the high reliability, superior performance, seamless compatibility and optimal TCO of our ESSD products.
